Clients are advised to perform a patch test before full use. Hey Amy cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions caused by allergies, misuse, or failure to follow usage instructions. Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required (receipt or invoice).

Opened or used products, sale or promotional items (unless faulty), and products not purchased directly from Hey Amy cannot be returned.

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if it is damaged or defective. Include clear photos when submitting your request. Once reviewed and approved, we will issue an exchange or store credit.

Email hello@heyamy.co.za with your full name, order number, and reason for return. Do not send any products back before receiving approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is incorrect or faulty.

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days depending on location.

Orders over R1500 qualify for free standard delivery. Orders under R1500 will incur a flat-rate delivery fee (calculated at checkout).

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email or WhatsApp. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate to prevent delays.

A 10% deposit may be required to confirm bookings. You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeited deposit.

All new clients must attend a consultation before certain treatments (e.g., Plasma Pen) to ensure suitability. A consent form must be completed prior to treatment. Hey Amy is not responsible for reactions or results due to client non-disclosure or failure to follow pre- and post-care advice.

Treatments for clients under 18 require written parental or guardian consent and supervision.
